The Syncrasy uses industry standard sizing with a unisex mold. The majority of our users find the Idio Syncrasy's to fit in the same size as their athletic shoes. This size chart provides the heel-to-toe measurement that can often be compared with your current manufacturers' size guide to help determine the best fit for you.

If you have not sized your foot in some time, we suggest visiting a sporting goods or footwear store to have your foot professionally measured. This chart below should be used if that is not an option. For best accuracy, be sure to measure more than once preferably with the help of a friend. Should you have any questions about sizing or the fit of the Syncrasy, please reach out to discgolf@idiosports.com

Incredible product, will wear forever

I am so happy with the width; the support; the stylish laces and the surprisingly low profile of the protected outer shell. I would wear these every day, but I'm saving them for disc golf!

Great shoes

They seem like good shoes so far super comfortable we will see here when I wear them a little more. I will do another review.

An Iterative Improvement on the 2022 Version

I've only played 2 rounds in my 2023 Syncrasys so this review is just my initial thoughts comparing them with the 2022 version. I was a Kickstarter backer of the 2022 version and felt that they were a solid first generation product. I'm still using them a year later but they're nearing end of life for the tread.

Pros:
- So far the sole seems more durable as I've noticed less initial wear than last year's model.
- The styling on the Sexton edition shoes is much improved (in my opinion). The black with electric blue accents is much cleaner and looks great!
- Tongue of the shoe feels a bit more substantial. It could still use some more padding but it's an improvement.
- Shoe overall seems more substantial. Padding around the ankle seems improved as well

Cons:
- Laces are still pretty thin and can dig into the top of your foot when tightening the shoe to get a secure fit. They're easy to replace but could be improved in future versions

Other Thoughts:
- The tongue could be a little longer to allow for comfort when using the extra set of eyelets.
- New sole compound isn't as grippy but seems more durable so it's a balancing act. Will need to use them longer to determine if it's better overall
- Waterproofing is working well and time will tell if it's the same or better than last year

Overall I'm happy with both my 2022 and 2023 Syncrasys and it's great to see that the Idio team is listening to feedback from users and improving the shoes yearly.

Lightweight, great fit

These fit my feet perfectly. My only complaint is that on wet convenience store floors, they are very slippery.

Game Changer

Really great shoes, flexible, comfortable and oh so much grip. Seriously. I switched from some Nike trail runners and the difference is astonishing. I can get a full running start and not worry about any slip on the tee pad. The hype is real.
