Pre-Order Update 2025

January 5, 2025 Update:

We’re happy to share that your pre-order shipment has officially left overseas and is now on its way to the United States via ocean transport. 🚢 This marks a major milestone, and we’re excited to be moving into the final stretch of the journey.

Thank you again for your patience and support throughout this process — it truly means a lot to us. We know pre-orders require trust, and we appreciate you being along for the ride.

Shipment Progress:

✔️ Production complete

✔️ Shipment packed and loaded
✔️ On the water
➡️ Port of Oakland, CA
➡️ Sparks, NV warehouse
➡️ Order fulfillment begins

Here’s what happens next: 

Once the shipment arrives at the Port of Oakland, it will go through customs clearance before continuing inland. After clearing customs, our shipping partners will transport the shipment by ground to our warehouse in Sparks, Nevada, which typically takes about three days.

Once the shipment arrives at our warehouse, our team will move quickly to inventory and sort items so we can begin order fulfillment as soon as possible. Our next email update will be sent once the shipment arrives at our warehouse. That update will provide the closest and most accurate gauge of when fulfillment will begin.

December 5, 2025 Update:

Great news — we’re officially entering the final phase of production! Our manufacturing partners just checked in with an update, and everything is running smoothly. We’re getting those final stitches in, wrapping up quality control checks, and staying right on schedule.

Even better, production is now estimated to be completed by December 12th, a few days earlier than the previously shared date of December 15th. 🙌

Once we receive confirmation that the shipment has officially left the factory and is on its way to the U.S., we’ll send another update. At that time, we’ll include any transit details we receive. The shipment will be heading to the port of Oakland, CA, where it will begin its final journey to our warehouse in Sparks, Nevada.

November 24, 2025 Update: 

We’re excited to share a quick update on your pre-order. Your pre-order is officially entering Phase 3 of 4, and everything is moving steadily toward completion. At this time, we approximate production to wrap up around December 15th.

We’ve already locked in transportation so once production is finalized, your order can begin its journey to us as quickly as possible. You'll receive another update when Phase 4 begins, and again once production is 100% complete with transit timelines included.
