Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products of Idio LLC.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Idio LLC. (the "Physical Goods"). Proof of purchase from Idio LLC is required for warranty considerations.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Idio LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Idio LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, or replace the items of effect.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Idio LLC is 60 days from the date of delivery for customer orders delivered within the US.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

    • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
    • damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect
    • normal wear and tear
    • items personally altered from their original condition
    • orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for warranty review

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, please contact warranty@idiosports.com. Please provide your order number or order receipt. If a RMA is issued, instructions will be provided via email on how to ship your item for review. 

 

*Idio Sports LLC reserves the right to limit or refuse warranty reviews as some exceptions may apply including those listed above.
