Returns and exchanges


We have a 15-day return policy to allow you to test your shoes. We want you to be comfortable and happy in those new kicks. This time period begins at the time of delivery.

*Unfortunately we can not accommodate returns or exchanges outside the US. If you are a non-US customer please reach out with any questions regarding fit before completing your purchase. We want to ensure you get the proper size before placing your order. Any purchases delivered outside of the US should be considered final sale.*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean and clear of debris, "Please just don't send back a muddy pair of shoes" and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt/order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please use our self service return portal. You will be asked for your order details and return reason. If you are requesting an exchange, you will have the option to select your own color and size. Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event you are having difficulties using this self-service portal, you can always contact us for any return or exchange questions at 




Once your initial return is accepted, our self service portal will create an exchange order for you and email you an invoice for shipping on the item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return your original item. Please note that items are not held upon exchange request. In the event your exchange request is no longer available, we will contact you with alternative options including a refund.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once processed, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the purchase price and receive an email confirmation. Please note we do not refund for any shipping charges incurred.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchases shipped outside of the US.

Items purchased from on sale or promotion cannot be returned, but are still eligible for size exchange of the same color.



The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Idio LLC is 60 days from the date of delivery. You can review our complete policy here or contact us with questions on eligible warranty claims.
